I built a 20x10 cedar deck in the backyard, new LVP flooring, replaced interior trim to a craftsman style, painted all of the cabinetry.

I'm an out of state investor looking to acquire a STR home in the Great Smoky Mountains (Pigeon Fork / Gatlinburg). I don't have an eye for design (unfortunately). I'm wondering if anyone can recommend service provide...

My mortgage is at 4%, I put 25% down and put an additional $30k in to it and replacing floors, repainted all interiors and appliances.  

We did some cosmetic improvements to the exterior and interior.

We won't know if we can get waivers for these issues until we are at the permit process, but there are interior no prints to attempt to get permits.

It does need some significant work on the interior, some foundation issues and some mold but all contractors are confident all can be repaired successfully.  

We made no interior improvements because they would be at risk should an heir decide to redeem. 

Updated electrical panel, new water heater, reconfigured kitchen with new doors/drawers, new countertops, new sinks, new plumbing fixtures, new appliances(seller provided), new flooring, new interior doors, new vanity, detached single car garage, new garage door opener, and newer heat pump.

Then I had the whole interior painted.

We are not doing any major changes to the outside, all work is interior (which makes permitting much easier).
