We are building another hospital which is expected to open sometime next year, and another one of our hospitals went through a major expansion,so there are definitely more jobs being created in health care.

Following my graduation, I accepted a job at a healthcare consulting and valuation firm in Philadelphia, whereby I performed various analyses within the healthcare sector.

It seems to be a pretty standard set up for either health care or professional businesses.

Than its not impossible" but I was wondering along the lines of trends if the houses here are so expensive and from so many articles seem unaffordable due to it just being Boston (healthcare, schooling, popular coastal city) or if it's due to us being in such a great "bubble?"

How will you manage health care?

One tenant works for a Boeing vendor and the other in some form of healthcare, so both relatively stable and no issues so far.

I work in healthcare by day, and I'm looking to achieve significant financial success through real estate as a means of paying down student loan debt and achieving long-term financial and time freedom.

I know when I worked for a GC, we had LDs on our contracts, due to the fact that if we ran past the end date, the client would be losing money from rents, school attendance, or manufacturing time lost(we did mid sized educational, healthcare, assisted living, food/drink manufacturing plants, etc...).
