So difficult, in fact, that IMO this difficulty trumps any perceived or actual benefit that the out of state market may have.

Forgive my skepticism, but this sounds like it may be Trump University with another name.

There is a reason Trump University is in court from so many unsatisfied people who spent tens of thousands of dollars.
