This is scheduled to go before the City Council for a second reading on May 16 and then the Mayor will sign it into law.

Anyhow, she went absolutely nuts and started calling and texting me day after day and has now filed a complaint with the Fair Housing Council and has taken to attacking/harassing me online. 

I would continue to consult with an attorney in your specific state (as the laws will differ state by state) and i recommend having an independent council outside of any other party in the transaction (whether it be the closing attorney or otherwise). 

Sad to say, I was Seattle's biggest advocate until the city council decided to remove all fairness and the rights of my livelihood.
