NYC is as bad, if not worse than DC, Washington State, or California. 

Drove by the California Green Line stop yesterday and the houses look beautiful but so much news out of E.

I have a lease that I will be using but I am wondering  what disclosures and amendments I need to include (the condo is in California if that makes a difference). 

I do think it's more seasonal nationwide, in denver specifically it's the migration plus seasonal.Approximately or every 5 home selling in CA it may trigger 1 home buying out of state and 3-4 home buying inside CA tertiary area.All no longer non-productive family has to move to either central CA or outside CA, the trend is very obvious. 

I don't know about OR, but WA, CA and BC are all very tenant friendly. 

I feel for my East Coast friends these past few weeks..and coming in hot this week to California is a Heat Dome.

After much legal advice, I understand I can't force a tenant in CA to leave (no-fault evictions are illegal here) unless they are arrested on the property, stop paying rent, or if you have a family member move in.

I live in California and I'm trying to be very careful to do the appropriate thing. 

I just closed escrow on a property in California a few days ago.

There is also some states with specific laws, such as in California you must offer at least one other method of payment that is neither cash or online payment.
