PENFED and NAVY are out - I have more then 4 financed properties.Hunting does them but at 10% interest - I think I can do better.I searched the forums and saw some recommendations but most of those banks were out of state.

I'm Currently Active duty Navy in the Hampton Roads area ....I'm fresh in the world of investing but I've always wanted this since I was 17 years old and the Carlton Sheets era was bombing lol but money wasn't the motive I've worked house and help my dad around the house and that feeling of ownership and knowing that taking an eye sore and making it your vision is one of the besting feeling ever.
