I was told to obtain this loan a contractor with a "Supervisor License" will be necessary to look over the project.  

I, however, would not recommend that technique as a blanket statement and this is coming from a certified lead abatement supervisor, myself.

I complain about many of the rental policies, especially the Covid eviction moratorium in San Diego County as it was the most excessive moratorium in the country (which I find surprising as San Diego is fairly moderate politically for CA - the county board of supervisors who created the moratorium consists of 3 democrats and 2 republicans).However, San Diego has one of the lowest delinquent rent rates in the country and one of the lowest eviction rates in the country.This is because there is a huge housing shortage with very low vacancy rate. 

I would suggest that you try to find out exactly which HA that property is jurisdicted through and try to reach a supervisor.

Hey everyone, the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors approved an overhaul of vacation rental regulations. 

During the forth case, I decided I would never work another as I was not able to disengage sufficiently to perform the required tasks.These investigations often involve public wifi services, work-place networks, and ISP/Carrier infrastructure.

I think our creativity in the workplace is extremely limited and REI is our space to use the creativity we have naturally and cultivated in college.
