Multifamily properties in Suffolk are selling nearly 2 weeks faster than last year.With respect to single family properties in Suffolk, there has been a 5% jump in sales activity (# of homes sold).

How many of you STR owners find value in the videos?

I’m contacted multiple times a week by individuals who buy lousy real estate in Philly and I hear “ but the agent told me” or “the wholesaler promised me” it was a legal use…the rents would increase…..I could rent this section 8 and achieve xyz rent etc. etc.  

These articles literally pop up weekly and those of us who live here laugh as most zip codes have population growth every year. 

Seeing it in person looks much different than video tours and Google map images  I also agree on buying a condo.

To me he is asking for you to do a walk through video of it before he books it.

The only management cost I have is my own time, which outside of natural disasters is 1-2 hours/week at best.

Scheduled a visit to see my first property next week just to get-out-and-do-it already. 

Before an after:Before the storm, do a complete video walkthrough of your property, capturing each room and every exterior area.

Open a separate checking account dedicated to marketing and budget 6 months of mail, so if you have $6k, you would do $1k per month with 1/4 of that dropping every week.
