I have columns for obvious things like:Name - Where from - Reason for stay - Dates - Which property - Gross $ Amt - Net $ Amt -I color code the $ amounts so I can see at a glance which hosting platform is making me how much.You will need to tweak the spreadsheet to suit your needs.....Hope this helps.  

That query can be tweaked for other scenarios like 5% conventional or 3.5% FHA, cash deals, hard money combo, etc. 

The unit I’m considering is a dated cash/coin operation and I’m wondering if that and other tweaks in service (subscriptions, etc) are a reliable way to increase profitability.
