Unfortunately, the one thing that wasn't fabricated was our address.Clearly these villains are attempting to use our hard work and diligence to scam potential renters into divulging all their personal info so they can engage in identity theft.

Result: Cash on Cash return = $7,77.31/$22497.50 = 30.5% (= not a scam calculation)!

However now I'm hearing stories that they may be a scam or some type of pyramid scheme.

It all sounds like a big scam.

For example the saying “If you believe that, I have some waterfront property in Florida to sell you” literally comes from Cape Coral, due to real estate scams there going back 100 years. 

I was mindlessly scrolling Facebook shortly after this and saw a friend from HS (who was not the best kid nor the most intelligent) accepting an invite to an event called "How to make $50k in a month" and I figured it was the biggest scam ever.

Yet once you start talking about getting a handle on your debt, getting a job, and steadily working at improving your credit rating for a few years, there's perhaps one Steven who buckles down and does the ugly to a hundred Bozos who shrug and disappear.I'm not saying college is a scam.

I am not a scam, I am not tricking anyone with promises.

I am bashing other marketing venues because THOUSANDS of investors every month come to me telling me how this DMM company scammed them, how this cold calling methods robbed them of their money, and people like you keep lying and promoting those ridiculous methods and the ONLY people being successful are YOU the ones that collect money from these people promising them that DMM WILL get them leads and deals.
