If it is not their fault (ie a tree root has grown through the sewer pipe which is why the toilet keeps backing up or something like that) then I would probably get the problem fixed after the 3rd time it happened.

She won’t give you the address yet and won’t show you an appraisal she says she has...red flags to meAs other have said, you want to buy the house below the appraised amount to have indent equity.

Let them walk through with their realtor and go eat some Red Lobster biscuits.

If they have to think for more than 5 seconds a red flag would go up for me.

The inspector found a few red flags however.

If you see most properties you are interested in sell in 3 days and you show up on day 300 it should raise red flags.

Vice versa sends up red flags when you (the money guy) are solicited for funding a "no money" guy.

It is a huge red flag if they truly don't care about the features, if they are just desperate to take anything.
