Parts of the city, albeit a small portion, are gentrifying rapidly. 

Sure, some areas will yield more, but the population is expanding rapidly and we are not building homes at a rate to accommodate the growth.

Atlanta is rapidly growing and there are constantly new deals all around the area.

Has anyone used Mezzanine Financing to scale quickly? Pros and Cons? I’m just looking to grow a bit more quickly as my circumstances have changed. 

I can't find a table that shows just urban growth, but anecdotally I think the areas closer to downtown are experiencing more rapid growth.
