I paid to have a mold inspector come out and while the spread of the mold wasn't severe, their proposed remediation is $2,000.  

Some folks look at commercial buildings as 5+ unit apartment buildings or a warehouse or something like that while some lenders and Dodd Frank legislation look at a simple, single family residential that's non-owner occupied as a commercial dwelling because it generates income. 

The Trustees shall have the obligation to answer any written request by a Unit Owner for approval of such a proposed addition, alteration or improvement within thirty (30) days after receipt of the request, and failure to do so within this time period shall constitute a consent by the Trustees. 

This is where you propose a long term deal structured as a payment to him from your positive cash flow. 

They are proposing more and more outlandish things that make less and less sense -- I'm personally in a VA loan, so I get the junk mail and spam phone calls too (I only screw with them about 25% of the time :P ).

I'd recommend initially proposing the 70% etc. 

I believe that when you buy right, you can invest profitably in any market, at any point in a cycle, with any pending legislation.

Changes in the European legislation, consequent housing crisis, and demographic challenges allowed real estate crowdfunding to grow even further.

@Taylor Gillette  If you have a good relationship with your lender I would propose all these questions to them directly... get it right from the source.
