as long as you are not putting a machine into the stream bed and disturbing it directly its not a big deal unless there is some sort of fine print that the others are talking about that you need to get a wetlands agency envolved.

Secondly, if you do have a color laser printer laying around, it has to be able to print on 16lb paper (which is very thin i.e. legal pad paper) without hiccups.

I am not a fan of the "Yellow Letter" concept personally, but get yourself a good wireless printer. if you are doing it yourself, ensure you get a high volume one but pay attention to how many prints you can make per toner cartridge.

It even prints a hard copy and spits it out of it's belly for the visitor to take home their copy.Agents can use drones to turn on lights, air conditioning, light a scented candle, music before a client visits.When the grass is too tall the drone can even mow the yard.That sounds more realistic and reachable then delivering octocopters.
