I am now weeks away from committing to real estate full time, and taking my knowledge to the Tampa Florida area. 

As someone who has done tens of millions of dollars worth of real estate deals and millions of dollars worth of crypto investing, I see no good reason to combine the two at this point in time, unless the goal is to commit federal tax crimes.

We are committed to flipping several houses per year and growing our rental portfolio significantly over the next few years.

They are doing quite well but it requires a much larger financial commitment then I’m able/willing to make at the moment.Right now I only fix and flip for the cash-out ability but do plan on doing fix and holds for the passive income.

This method of control is more appropriate for islands and specific inland areas where pest control personnel can make a long term commitment to this technique.
