@Ellis San JoseI think that points 1 and 2 are fairly self explanatory but I am also curious about getting them at the "right time".Do you have some way to predict to some extent when that is or just a realization that even when you hit the right person with the right message you still have to be fortuitious enough to have hit them at the right time as well?
