On a property where the units might not be worth that much for resale, if you sell a unit for a nominal amount (say $750) first, can you then legally sign a person to a longer term lease to the park?

Giving the market a completed package including: a dialed home including light professional staging, great listing photos, creatively written MLS listing, updated termite report and clearance, home inspection report, adding the listing to brokers caravan, circulating a marketing brochure, and setting open houses every weekend until an offer is accepted; we do these steps on every listing.

If you've got earth washing away around the house or below the foundation that is causing the foundation to sink into the ground, you may be looking at 10's of thousands of dollars.A much better description or some photos would be needed to really give any type of useful feedback.
