Renting out a Home in California

As a California resident, I'm about to rent out my home and want to set up a 2 year contract with future tenant. I've already downloaded the blank rental agreement and rental application. Is this all I need to set up a contract with my future tenant to protect myself or are there other forms? I wanted to check with a real estate agent but I thought I'd ask the forum.

Your help would be appreciated. Please advise.
