I left that field and was a carpenter at a custom furniture shop for a period. 

I believe that I’ll be able to leverage numerous advantages since I will be living next-door such as lawncare (I already do it..), Wi-Fi, and obviously convince if I need to clean or fix anything in the unit.

Currently, I'm looking to find a job in the Real Estate field while working on my financial freedom.

I have little experience in the field but I am ready to start expanding, networking & connecting with the right people.

I know other guys who spent their youth focused on getting a practical STEM degree in a field with quality employment prospects, orchestrating their career, aiming themselves for financial glory.

All of the other fields (criteria) that a service like listsource offers are abstracted (manually entered by a person looking at the document).

I have a finance degree and I'd say that has been beneficial for me although I don't work in the field.
