Same thing with gas , in some cases you need a bigger gas line.

the cost of repair service is astronomical (twice the cost of utah)...now maybe my tenants are getting taken but 400 to fix a gas fireplace, 400 to fix an ice maker in the fridge...the list goes on and on.  

I stipulated that emergency calls would be answered right away only if they concerned electrical, gas, or water.

And gasoline purchases  (using today's Gas Buddy prices) dropped from $4.09 per gallon (CA) to $2.56 per gallon (OH), and on and on and on...

When I rented out rooms I sometimes included gas, water, electricity, and internet, but I accounted for it as part of the cost and an excuse to charge more.

Ive been told the piping is not up to code for the gas furnace.

The renters would be able to save a considerable amount on their bills with that unit compared to gas.

You end up going out constantly using gas and putting miles on the car.Urban core it is not as bad as comps are easy and driving distance is minimal.
