The eviction process can be expensive, but more importantly, very time consuming. 

Black Tie Title hasn't been around long enough for the first title claim to surface, but it is surely passing horrendous costs onto consumers. 

On the more costly/ time consuming side- install in unit laundry if there is space for it and there isn't laundry available otherwise. 

I have very much considered this.... our plan is more of a modest pool house.   

The lot would be ideal for a modest 1,500 sqft, 3-4 bed/2 bath home.

They are just puzzled however as to why our home is smaller and more modest vs those of my friends.
