San Diego Tax Deed properties with squatters
Hello,
I’m looking at some potential properties going to tax auction here in SoCal. I stopped by a few of them and noticed people are living in there. The houses are just trashed so I’m wondering if they’re squatters or renters. Either way, if I won the bid on these properties how do I go about evicting them? What are their rights, if any? What are my rights? Are they different with properties that go to auction? Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Nicholas, did you ever end up doing any tax deed auction properties in SoCal? We are currently in the process of bidding on a few and would love to learn a little bit more if you have done it.
