I like the area north of Division St (Italian lake area) as I live in that area and can get great rent for my properties as well as certain parts of midtown.

I just joined the LCPIA in Lake County.

Oracle just bought a huge piece of land by the lake and will be bringing a lot of high paying jobs here in the near future.
