I really see Columbus Ohio as an extremely safe bet for the next 10-20 years.

I’d make a bet that a huge percentage of investors on BiggerPockets ROI on their rentals was significantly lower during these years.

I get that a lot of things can be done by searching the internet, but wouldn't the best way to use your time is to focus on real estate investing and not real estate accounting?

Don't bet on rates coming down to 3.5-4% in 2 years or so.

I suspect your best bet is to keep the property and enjoy the wise decision you made in 1995.

@Autumn KimNot a bad niche if you like pain and have staying power; this is not a strategy for a hands off investor that likes excel and internet research.  

I am betting they can help get the stuff there.But first thing, keep looking for a rural place that has better access.
