I don't want to be giving out more information than necessary (especially with all these identity thefts).  

My loss was in excess of $10,000 on the last theft for probably $200 in copper.  

Any good litigation attorney will be able to uncover who you are if they want to sue for big $, so the only 'benefit' to shielding your identity is having less confrontations, which in my opinion is unnecessary if you run your business properly.

Taxpayer ID/Entity ID if attorney/accountant does not have one.Also, I may be able to help you with renovation lending once you can adapt to the process.  

also you probably bought low end type properties were this type of thing is far more common than you really can imagine.. it was determined by one of my vendors years ago that most of the theft was done by workers of the contractors themselves.. they deliver the goods know exactly what is there come back that night and steal them.Most folks in these type of neighborhoods only install water heaters  HVAC condenser utls literally the day the tenant is moving in.. and if its before that they hire security or someone to sleep in the unit the night before.. welcome to the reality of those areas.

Copper is old school and naturally antibacterial, but is prone to pinholes, leaching, theft, etc. 

I always cringe when I read these massive savings, sure its great now, but how did you survive overpaying for identical coverage by such a wide margin? 

Some people though really protect their social media identity which I can't argue with but there should be at lease some ability to verify.

The bank is ready to appraise but the the property is in the name of a person who has never bought it, lived in it, or seen it... her identity was stolen and used to buy the property in her name.
