There's a ton of them going on, and most of them post their meeting information - location, cost, speaker (if applicable) on the MeetUp website and app.

I’ve gotten to where we have multiple doors at the same monthly rate so I need to transistion into an app to help me manage and identify who paid rent.I have a few tenants that are “technically challenged” and I’m anticipating some challenges with getting them on board to use a payment app.Any suggestions for the simplest rental payment apps (from a tenant perspective)?

Monday morning, no apps received and we went ahead with this app as my PM ( found through Thumbtack) was also realtor from Tenant side was very confident enough to manage them. we went ahead and leased them, and they are moving on Oct 1st.Points learned:- We were too eager to buy our first property, and Jun/July is crazy Seller market- April - July is "most" tenants moving time, and easily rent able time.- Home prices are cheaper now ( 3rd Quarter), but as an investor, i would not buy now as well (?)
