LOL.. 100% agreed here.Exciting a property 2 years later and making a profit...Imagine the exit if property was held to this day 💰Hat's off to Chris and REI NationReal estate is a rollercoaster and owning 1 or 2 properties never delivers a satisfactory outcome.Most investors that are pissed of with me/us are the one's that only purchase 1 or 2 and expect a David Copperfield magical result.The one's that build a larger portfolio end up being happier and end up achieving an overall better ROI.Great seeing Chris get a bit a heat here to prove he is like us mortals lolAlthough probably not justified.Sometimes when you work hard and try your best, you make mistakes.Nobody is perfect as long as those mistakes are honest mistakes.Much success to all 🙏
