Shaker Heights is great for owner occupants but is generally pricier and has more restrictions on renovations.

There are a lot of websites that offer the course online, or if you have a college near you, they also typically offer a class that satisfies the pre-licensing requirement.

As others have mentioned - yes many folks use VAs that are great for the administrative tasks, but you NEED boots on the ground partners / professionals that you can trust in the coliving world.
