Liberals don't care for Libertarians because they can get all that with their candidates plus the increasing government intrusion they love.Libertarianism is a general ideal of both parties, but expressed in different way, which is why it wins so few elections.

What I have seen is people indicted in these cases.There are many unscrupulous (unlicensed brokers) who have ended up in serious hot water.As far as CA and many other States, one can NOT be compensated for such a deal, if they are indeed NOT a licensed RE Broker in the specific State, or an Attorney.IMO, now is NOT the time to be walking a fine line in this industry.Jonathan Goldstein Esq.DISCLOSRE:Any information expressed is not intended as legal advice and does not establish any attorney-client relationship.

"A working professional" could very well be discriminatory, as it expresses a preference for a particular family structure ( "A" person.)Not allowing kids at showings may well get you jammed up as well, especially in combination with that other language or other facts that suggest the landlord is hostile to families with children.
