We put tighter controls in our operating agreements for smaller sponsors, but we're excited about working with all types of professional, smart real estate entrepreneurs. 

However, we're having doubts because: 1. we wouldn't be able to afford the PITI on our own for longer for >6 months without the help of rents, so we're depending on the house hack to be able to afford this house, but not sure if that's a bad thing or not and 2. not sure if this house is too much house for us financially and we're in over our heads about what we can afford.We've been super excited about this place until we realized the issue with the illegal basement and now we're overwhelmed with the thought of potentially not even moving forward with the house.

They did not sell me the expensive package, but they got me absolutley excited about real estate! 

It's pretty exciting and we're still in early innings.Happy to discuss the market there and share some resources about the progress, my own portfolio's performance, etc.

I'm excited to explore opportunities in Cleveland and Columbus.

Orlando was a great start, and Cancun next year sounds exciting!

Next year, the opening of Universal’s Epic Universe is also creating new excitement and new opportunities.

Bummer....I was really excited about that, I guess I will have too get creative.
