They cut operations staff down to bare-bones, cancelled over 1,000 listings with no notice, and moved entirely to a revenue-share model (which is why they eliminated those 1,000 listings, as they were non-revenue share).

Furthermore, there are annual inspections that take place as an added checkmark for owners/landlords/managers to make sure everything is working with the property as it should.

You might get a decent discount for adding the policy to your overall stack.I would also look at adding an umbrella policy to cover the whole shebang.

I love that MTR turnover is not as frequent as short term rentals and there is usually higher opportunity to cash flow each month, although there are added expenses such as utilities, lawn or hoa fees etc., to account for.
