Are there any local meet ups or websites on where to find more people who have a moderate level of experience meaning they are  somewhat experienced but still looking to collaborate and network with more inexperienced investors like myself.

As title says, looking for some first hand experience, positive or negative; for working with mynd.co.

@Stephanie Menard, a few comments based on my own experience.1.

Find someone who can help you dial down on what YOU want as an asset, and has experience with that kind of property. 

I'm wondering what people's best experiences with low flow are, reliability, durability, best brands, savings seen, and if I should avoid the extreme low gpf toilets for water savings (0.6-0.8 gpf).

I'm happy to share my investment and lending experience.

The investors with the most units and most experience could just as likely be in flip flops and a Jimmy Buffett shirt as jeans and a polo.

I started at age 20, dead broke with no experience but hungry with lots of time on my hands. 

I have some experience in commercial and industrial real estate.

But I find from personal experience and from my buyers' Airbnb experience that it's a bit of a hassle trying to get guests to rebook at the new listing.I don't know how strict Joshue Tree is at enforcement, but in Denver and Colorado Springs here, you could probably get away with an STR listing for three months without the license.
