We have been long term owners for many years and have recently decided to make the move to medium term on 1/2 of our duplex to test the market.

It is proven high end and has some of the best views - it's truly a rare opportunity as developable land disappears quicklyIt's 8 prime lots (around $1m a piece) and half are multi family (2 duplex and 2 triplex). 

The garage probably doesn't have any plumbing, so this is from a roof leak.The wall probably has mold inside it.

I live East of Columbus, OH and have been looking for single family or small duplexes in the area.

I'm just thinking as a buyer.A great example is I often see duplexes being sold separately where someone has 50% ownership.

I just put my first property, a duplex, under contract and got the inspection report back.

The main downside is the loan limits for a house with ADU match a single family, not those of a duplex (which is higher).

When I was evaluating this purchase there was a duplex across the street for sale (about $600k).

I’m also focused on multi-family investments, primarily new construction duplexes in Indianapolis.

It was a duplex and they were collecting the rent but not paying the mortgage.
