Agree with @Paul De Luca, define what you are setting out to accomplish.

So far, I installed a solar Ring camera facing the back of the house (they have snuck around there in the past).

I live on a cul-de-sac, and our neighborhood land assessed values have quite a spread. -  As Josue noted if a property has had major improvements, the assessed value would reflect that; for example, pulling a permit to finish the basement requires an estimated cost.

@Tina Chau I would recommend the suburbs of Philadelphia, specifically Delaware + Montgomery counties.
