Hi Everyone, 

My name is Quiana I am interested in purchasing a triplex , I want to live in one and rent out the other two. I planned on using FHA for an house that need a little rehab also I am in Delaware I have some cash saved up and decent credit ! I've read several books , listened to podcast however due to the pandemic I couldn't find nothing in person to connect with people!

Any suggestions I should consider before going to get pre approval
