I’ve been thinking about refinancing but am hearing a lot of mixed reviews and not sure what the right move is?

I have read mixed reviews about this and as this would be my first deal in multifamily I thought it would be helpful to have someone who is looking out for me more.  

More info is needed about your equipment and what your tank temp is, and include what house heating you have. there's lots of answers like raising the temp and adding a mixing valve if you don't have one, but I need to know more.

I've been having some difficulty finding a bank that would offer an FHA option for a mixed use property (2 residential, 1 store/office).

Look at the tenant mix (probably a lot of personal service types in that area), how many times they've renewed, length of the leases etc.

I am getting mix information.

You can not mix your IRA with your personal investments/finances, IRS rules prohibit that.

I am hoping to purchase a mixed-use property in NYC that has two rental apartments and one store front all occupied.   

We have outstanding debt of $10.635.000 and they are all with different banks. mix of multifamily, commercial, and single family. 

I have many questions if I’m “doing it right,” as my properties are a mix of mortgage loans of varying lengths, and two houses are seller financed.
