Crap!

If you are trying to solicit crap I wouldn't waste your time trying.Brokers/agents get sent crap all the time and it's just noise to us.

But it really covered more after care than just access to" the super secret off market no one can ever get it inventory" You cannot believe some of the crap that has been unloaded on these poor people.. houses that were represented to be rehabbed that were never touched.

I have had some experience as an absentee landlord before the economy took a crap.

A lot less crap may happen to a borrower in 5 years vs. 30 years :-)

I stopped offering my results here on BP because i got tired of the crap responses and disbelief I had to read from people NOT in my situatuion or market.

If it's a ton of money and an old junkie building it might be better just to get it torn down and the crap hauled away.

You have to be OK not getting that specific house, but for sure cuts the crap of the counter counter counter madness.

Like anywhere else people try to pass crap off as 'investments' but if you do your DD and have a good team it is a breeze.

It was a lackluster experience:   different tenant each year, some more flighty than others, crap property mgmt company.
