Pricing is always something of a crap shoot.  

If you want to pay cash, money order or some other crap that requires more work on my bookkeeper's part, it's $50 extra per month.

Many here greatly benefitted from that.it did reinforce the lesson that crap properties were still crap.Today the market drivers are different and underpinned by people that have grown tired of money market instabilities and lack of personal control of their futuresFOMO applies here too, but my opion is that many, both individuals and institutions have realised the housing is something needed by all AND 'THEY AIN'T MAKING ANYMORE DIRT"

IrehMy computer crashed and died last Sunday, losing 3/4 of some writings I was doing as it also had my e-mail crap out losing it and not being able to send anything to save it.......I'm now on a Samsung Tbalet or Notebook thing, and I can't find a delete button, so you're getting all my trash typing as well.I have no idea what syustems are involved, all I know is I use Mediacom.Thanks for the mention but I got nothing.....I'll see how I can use this and adapt. :)

I've got pet pee, water leak stains, and misc. crap on the carpet.

I believe in bandit signs because I know they work but even I'll pull some of this crap down and toss it in the right cases.

They need our dollar because we buy their stuff.As far as that article link, it is the biggest bunch of crap I have read in a while.
