The economy is stable but there isn't as much growth for appreciation compared to some other markets that are going to be more appreciation focused. 

Then compare that to cash for keys. 

There isn't a lot of information about comparing PMS providers, so just wanted to let anyone who is considering switching know my experience.

Always look at comparables when investing.

Hey Tim, Northern Ohio has a very low average home price compared to markets in other states, especially in Florida.

The other quotes are significantly higher compared to this one, despite the coverages and options being similar, and unsure if we try to move forward with those policies they say the same thing.
