If it's coming from a coach, fire him!

I spent 6 months in Dublin 1981 during Bobby Sands and Hunger Strikers ordeal, not fun.But onto building a business.Watch the crowd, go in the opposite direction.I am coaching agents to do lease option assignments all over the US.Inventory is low.45% of buyer's applications are turned down.realtor.com says New home sales are up, low inventoryhttp://www.realtor.com/news/january-new-home-sales...Many agents if they do what they are doing now will be tending bar.Get into helping -Sellers sell with top price on Lease 2 Own, no commissions, no closing costs except for 3%.

How do you know the difference between a guru and a bonafide RE Investor Coach? 

I'm new to the investor seen and some of you guys may kill me here but I did purchase and am enrolled in a coaching programs right now. the program is good from what I would decipher to be good, but my main reason of joining the program is because they offer funding.

Also, I have hired a coach who has been successfully investing in Real Estate for over 22 years.  

Atlantic City airport will be closing down eventually and while the coach buses are nice they are inconvenient.

Someone who is willing to dedicate some time and be a coach.

In the end, we must remember the #1 rule to real estate, "Location, Location, Location".This is why I laugh when people hire "Mentors" or "Coaches" that live out of state.

I am hoping that I could find a mentor/coach in the Washington, DC, Maryland, Virginia area who would be willing to work with me and guide me in the right direction.Also for someone who I new to Investing, what would be the recommended area to begin?
