Cell service is horrible where some of the houses are so that is not an option I would prefer not to have to get internet as some of these will only be worked on for a couple weeksI would also like to be able to easily move it from house to house

I'm in a small town, as you know, and vendors are unlikely to answer the phone from a stranger but they will pick up for me because I bring them a lot of business, they have my cell in their phone, and we have a relationship.I know some owners that leave a list of vendors with their tenant.

@Christian U.A Series LLC allows you to have "cells" as segregated entities inside the company, if one cell property has any problems, the other cells are insulated from the issue with that problem cell.

Some areas near Niagara and Buffalo have very poor soil which means there are going to be foundation problems and I would not be surprised if the people come down with cancer because it was used by the military for disposing hazardous material a long time ago.

so it begins....i could foresee the future with this one right from the moment i stepped off the truck to see the house for the first time 2 months ago.the "tenants" have been dropping hints of "cancer, surgery, toddler issues, paychecks, etc" and finally didn't pay rent for the month of July.
