Only things I would add are that it could be different in other parts if the Country, but I know here, auctions can be tricky because properties are listed and then adjourned last minute and you often don't know if a property is really going to auction until the day of or maybe a couple of days in advance, and then up until the bid is actually called and the property sold, the owner can file bankruptcy to stop the sale, so logistically, it's a lot of moving parts and lots of things that could go wrong.
