Something to consider since you mentioned you have acreage, with a large enough pavillion you might even look to do use it as a wedding venue or other large family party/anniversary. 

Sorry that is not meant to offend anyone but unless you are a famous celebrity and do not want paparozzi at your house, there is no need.

Its really easy to reach a milestone and pass it without celebrating because we always want the next goal, but I had to take a moment and truly appreciate how far this journey has taken me.

Looking to see if you all can recommend a program that I can use to manage:1) "Deal Flow" type stuff where I'm managing possible leads for investment opportunities or just regular real estate sales to be honest.2) Marketing Emails and CRM to send clients birthday/anniversary emails or just general marketing campaign emails3) Project Management of Flips and Buy & Holds to coordinate the different trades and when they're going out to a property.
