MLS will give you some, but you can look online to the City's website for the City owned real estate they have for sale, but those tend be up to highest bid.I wish there was a catch-all answer to this question, but there really isn't, because it depends on several factors - like what's your price range, what are you looking to do with the property?

Paying rent on time does not suffice as a strong reference.Credit score: this is hard because virtually always it is a multi adult tenant.  

If you can do the full, then you can sleep adults if needed.Make sure whatever bunk bed you get it is certified for adults.

I have several rentals occupied by 2-4 adults of the same sex.

Does anyone know if there is a website or platform that connects people looking to invest in a syndications and those that may want to sell their shares?
