I've seen them on the back cover of CREW Magazine and was just wondering if anyone here has dealt with them before?

I am writing a regular column for BiggerPockets Wealth Magazine on “Biggest Mistakes/Lessons Learned” in real estate.

Anyone can visit new subdivisions, subscribe to magazines, and look through Zillow, etc.

Reading REGULATIONS AND STATUTES, not some Realtor magazine.

Are there websites to read or magazines or anything on the market in your area so you can learn it......please let me know thanks
