Obviously, that might not be able to happen and Im looking for any recommendations on some national providers.

Lending home is the only one of the national HML that I found willing to lend to an individual, but even they require an LLC in some states

I don't like the national services.

It's in the National City area.

I would think you could put a new facade on the building and update interiors as needed, but I doubt any national tenants will all of a sudden move in, I could be wrong but just my gut.  

Are there any local or national companies that you would recommend for talking on debt for a portfolio like this?

As such I can pull comparables from our local MLS on local investments and as a member of National Association of Realtors I have access to their RPR product that pulls comps for me nationwide.
