First I will say it can be trying at times.  

There's no massive oversupply in the Tri Cities and nothing in Sville/PF/Gburg is going to affect it as it's an hour plus drive away.

Trying to decide what my options are for 2025.  

I've been looking at duplexes and tri plexes but nothing has panned out yet.

You will see there are others just like you trying to do what you want to do.

There are a million other things to consider trying to do STR in a condo.

We try to work with the same subcontractors as much as we can - it's the only way to establish a long term relationship. 

I am trying to cancel the contract and look for another builder to build.

At this point, we are all unsure who is even going to provide the K1s for 2024 but I'm sure that'll be figured out soon.I will say that it seems that David Zook is really trying to figure this out for us, and himself, but I don't see how we get our money back at this point unless Heller provides the $120M+ that the court has ordered him to.
