I just got done finishing a nursing program & I have been wanting to get into real estate for the longest because I believe with hard work this can change my life but I want to start out with wholesaling because it will help me build reserves so when I do get my own properties I will have the money to buy houses & take care of the maintenance on them.

My Plan B is to cater to traveling nurses, and my Plan C is to market it with my other rentals...keep the furnishings for my college-aged daughter or teen age son. 

@Greg Scott Unfortunately I work the 20th 7p-7a, but odds are I’ll be free for the next one since nurses work three days a week!

You can always get traditional roommates, or if you want to pull in a bit extra, look into renting to traveling nurses/other professionals.

If you're targeting nurses, residents, etc., you know they'll have the income to qualify and likely be responsible tenants.Good luck!

I can only do this remotely since i travel full time for work (travel nurse). 

Commercial lending with a higher interest loan specifically for nurse practitioners on investments/commercial use.

I will try to look it up by the mls but you and I both know it’s better to save your money than buy a dump and try to nurse it back.

He told me his worry is that if his name is on a property, and he goes into a nursing home, will they have right to take the property?
