I just got done finishing a nursing program & I have been wanting to get into real estate for the longest because I believe with hard work this can change my life but I want to start out with wholesaling because it will help me build reserves so when I do get my own properties I will have the money to buy houses & take care of the maintenance on them.

My Plan B is to cater to traveling nurses, and my Plan C is to market it with my other rentals...keep the furnishings for my college-aged daughter or teen age son.

You can always get traditional roommates, or if you want to pull in a bit extra, look into renting to traveling nurses/other professionals.
