Because our tenants were so accommodating through that process, we bought them each of bottle of $10 wine (Hogue Late Harvest Riesling to be exact) for Christmas.

I wanted to jump in, but dicieded to have a bottle of wine, i will put my thoughts & memory together. from what i've read all of you are right, minus a few.

It had 8 wine barrel halfs  supporting the 2 1/2" trunk of his plants.

No light or noise coming through windows, as well as skiing all day (again, CO) followed by generous meals and healthy amounts of wine probably helped with that.Nice pickup on the Dylan!

My tenants get bottles of wine.

Since they're roommates, occasionally I'll offer to share a batch of cookies/glass of wine.

You could choose to paint front door the same as trim, but I would probably go with a wine red color to make it stand out without clashing.

I leave a bottle of Tost (non alcoholic wine) a package of Hayden's frosted animal cookies for the kiddos and 2 bars of Chuao Chocolates along with my Welcome Book. 

One of the syndicators I am partnering with on syndicating development of wine grape vineyard specializes in Lubbock and other tertiary TX markets.There was a TON of multifamily built in the last 10 years in Lubbock so there are lots of opportunities there.
