Since a young girl I’ve always been invested in myself and growing.

It's been empty since August 18 and I've only three applicants- 1 family who had a python which my HOA/insurance won't allow, 1 couple who backed out and decided to stay up in SF instead of Silicon Valley, and a girl who needs a roommate for the other room (1/2 an application).

On the one hand, the built-in tenant pool is appealing, but on the other hand, I remember going to a party in college and a girl peed in the closet. 

That being said sunshine sounds pretty good about February and a wise man once wrote a song saying he “wished they all could be California girls.”Good luck man,

I have four girls that requested to book my Airbnb for 3 months for their first semester of college.

To celebrate the feeling of family and community Will Smith (and friends) brought to all of us on the iconic TV show, Airbnb will make a donation to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia.

My daughter lived in a house with 6 girls, and only one bathroom, they made it work. 

They're very good for cookie cutter Fannie/Freddie stuff, but when it comes to an investor property where there's no appraisal waiver, you need to provide full tax returns and calculate investment income, that are plenty of places that are better.One girl's opinionStephanie
